Is the product still good to use? +
Yes. Every product is still within its usable period — just closer to the end of it. Sellers must clearly show the remaining time or condition before you buy, so you decide whether the discount matches the time left.
What is a mystery bag or box? +
A surprise selection at a steep discount. Bags hold fresh fruit and vegetables; boxes hold food items like bakery goods or meals. Sellers describe the type — “mixed vegetable bag”, “bakery surprise box” — but not the exact contents, and both are always clearly labelled.
How does pickup work? +
You collect directly from the seller. Each listing shows the pickup location and any instructions. Delivery is in the works; for now the platform is pickup-first, and any seller who arranges their own courier will say so on the listing.
What if something is wrong with my order? +
Contact us within 24 hours and we mediate between you and the seller. Depending on the issue that may mean a partial refund, a replacement or credit. We don't promise automatic returns — we promise a fair process.
Are there hidden fees for buyers? +
You pay only the price shown. If we ever add optional buyer fees — a subscription, premium delivery — we'll tell you plainly before you pay.
